Jillian discovered yoga 12 years ago as a result of exploring her mind/body connection, finding the physical challenge just as intoxicating as the mental. Coming from a long history in dance and a joy for movement, the added flexibility, strength and serenity yoga provided inspired Jillian to share this practice with others. She received her 200 YTT and loved exploring so many different varieties of yoga – including the 8 Limbs which she seeks to practice in daily life.

Jillian is a Level 3 Reiki practitioner as well as a trained meditation guide through Shambala. Due to this healing background, in teaching she seeks to honor kindness, healing, and the notion that there is always a deeper level to explore both on and off the mat. Jillian will encourage you to go deep in your mind, heart and body, and be fearless in uncovering your truest, most badass self!
