Kat’s background is in human anatomy and exercise science, and she is a longtime fitness addict and certified personal trainer. She received her yoga teaching credentials studying in Ubud, Bali, and went on to lead yoga for athletes at the University of California as well as vinyasa styled classes throughout the Bay Area.
Kat waxes a bit of poetry now and then, so let the depth of her teaching surprise you. Her practices invite beauty in body and mind.
