Rachel’s movement background is based in competitive sports. She came to yoga in order to recover and heal from old injuries. Her yoga style is now rooted in mindful movements and intended to synch body, mind, and spirit.

Rachel has a bachelors in psychology with a minor in biology. Her teaching has a strong anatomy and physiology base. She is currently getting her Masters degree in counseling psychology and she is pursuing her license in marriage and family therapy. She brings psychology principles to her mindfulness practices.
