Adit graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Philosophy. Although some teachings in Philosophy do relate to yoga practice, the primary learning from her studies was that you should continue to ask questions and seek different answers from varying perspectives. Adit takes this way of thinking into her yoga practice and yoga teaching, encouraging herself and her students to make this an introspective practice where they try new things, and learn more about themselves and the practice.
