Frances was initially introduced to yoga 6 years ago when she attended a beach yoga retreat in Miami. It was both a calming and challenging experience. When she discovered Ritual Hot Yoga in 2019, it propelled her to pursue her 200HR YTT in 2022. Fast forward a year, and her dream of being a Ritual teacher has come true!

With a background in technology consulting/sales for ten years, Frances‘ passion is human connection and helping others where she can. She brings this into the studio by offering simple, articulate flows that are easy to understand and challenging to master.
