Starting as a dancer at a young age, movement has always been a part of MJ‘s life. MJ started doing yoga during college to offset the stress of being a full-time working student and continued after graduating in 2017. After working in the theatre tech industry for 5 years, MJ saw she had a greater purpose, decided to make a positive change and pursue sharing her passion for yoga and mindfullness. She completed her YTT 200hr in February 2023.
MJ’s pursuit of self study continues to lead her to her mat. Her approach to yoga and to life is rooted in finding a balance between effort and ease. MJ looks forward to continuing her yoga education to broaden her knowledge of anatomy and mindfulness. She hopes her classes leave you sweaty and feeling ready to take on whatever comes your way.
