Nicole knew she wanted to teach yoga as soon as she stepped into her first yoga class. Coming from a dancer background, movement and transitions have always enticed and thrilled her. After finding Ritual Hot Yoga in 2018, she knew that this would be where her career and heart would thrive.

Starting as an assistant, auditioning to teach, managing the River North location and now owning her very own, and the very first, Ritual Hot Yoga franchise, Nicole stops at nothing to provide the ultimate Ritual experience. Her classes are challenging, yet accessible and intentional, and her playlists will inspire your body and soul.
