Steph’s passion for movement has been alive since she was a young, competitive cheerleader. As she grew up, Steph’s curiosity and interest in mindfulness and spirituality helped guide her personal life, and she had yet to find a practice that complemented the techniques she was learning to calm and balance the mind.
With a natural interest for health and wellness, she began making yoga a daily necessity, and a habit of strength. Steph went on to pursue her 200HR YTT Certification and is excited to begin her teaching journey!
